What technology do I need for online classes?
You need a computer, tablet, or smartphone with a stable internet connection, a microphone, and a camera. We primarily use Zoom, Skype, or Google Meet for classes. We can help you set up the technology before your first class and provide technical support as needed.
What if I have technical problems during a class?
Our support team is available to help resolve any technical issues quickly. If you experience problems during a class, we can reschedule the session at no extra cost. We also provide technical orientation sessions to ensure smooth online learning experience.
Can I record the lessons?
Yes, with your teacher’s permission, you can record lessons for personal review and practice. However, recordings cannot be shared with others or used for commercial purposes. Some teachers may also provide their own recordings of your sessions for your benefit.
